SYNOPSIS
This observational documentary questions why there is such a dearth of Asians playing professional football, the UK’s national sport. Shot on location in India and the UK over two years, the film follows the attempts of Birmingham-based Aston Villa Football Club to recruit young Asians into its training academy, and the journey of one young boy as he progresses through its ranks.
