SYNOPSIS

Oritsé Williams, the founder member of boy-band JLS, has been a carer for his mother who has Multiple Sclerosis, since the age of 12. 15 years on he is still responsible for her care.

Britain’s Youngest Carers follows Oritsé as he unearths the true extent of the hidden army of over 700.000 young carers who are running households and providing informal care and medical assistance to parents and loved ones up and down the country and the affect it is having on their lives.
