An accomplished series producer and director, Victor has worked in the industry for nearly 20 years and has developed content for Maroon for approaching 7 years. Now as the company’s development head, Victor is leading Maroon’s slate for both television and independent documentaries.

In his role Victor has overseen a variety of stand-out films and series for Maroon including Black Nurses: The Women Who Saved The NHS (BBC), Secrets of a Police Marksman (Channel 4), The Sex Business (Channel 5), Empire: The Phenomenon (Channel 4), Gangland (Channel 5),  Britain’s Youngest Carers (Channel 4) and Me & My Mum (BET/Paramount). His expertise and understanding of both factual and entertainment programming, together with his keen eye for compelling narratives and passion for documentary ensures that Maroon Productions continue to make relevant, award-winning, acclaimed and captivating television and cross genre projects.
